DANDY GREEN JUICE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Bunch of dandelion greens
2 cups of honey dew melon (sweet)
1 green apple
a few sprigs of cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut up fruits and vegetables into pieces and process through juicer.
Strain juice through a fine-mesh strainer and into a mason jar.
RAW ALKALINE GREEN JUICE
INGREDIENTS:
½ cucumber
1 tsp fresh ginger
3 large basil leaves
1 key lime
1 green apple
1 red apple
1 handful of kale
